"After finding the perfect new home community on a search site one evening, I texted Ashley right away to ask how quickly she could meet me to see it. She rearranged her schedule and met me the next morning! We spent over 3 hours walking around each new build to pick the best layout, color scheme, and lot. Ashley negotiated with the builder on-site and came to a handshake deal. She wrote up our offer within a matter of an hour or two, submitted it and we found out the next morning that the house was ours almost exactly 24 hours after Ashley first met me at the site. We got the perfect lot (the builder’s favorite), more add-ons than we anticipated and an extended closing to exceed all of our needs. Everything happened so quickly because of Ashley’s pre-conversations with the listing agent, willingness to drop everything to meet me, and verbal agreement of terms before the official offer was submitted. I was amazed at her real estate acumen, advice in helping me pick the perfect home and exceptional negotiating skills in helping us get more than we could have imagined from the builder.
